Refunds / returns

If for some reason a gift or product (non-floral) is faulty, we are of course happy to honour our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Simply contact us with photographic evidence and we’ll go from there.

For our flowers, it is important to note that we never allow our flowers to leave unless they are in perfect condition. Despite this, there can be issues along the way to the delivery address which are beyond our control.

We aim to fill each order as closely as possible to the images shown on this site. However, if a container, certain flowers, or other items are unavailable, reasonable substitutions of an equal or greater value may be made. This also includes the colour scheme, textural dried items, presentation container or wrapping.


​For most areas in Auckland, all order​ prices have delivery included. When entering the delivery postcode, you will be informed as to whether you are in ​a free delivery zone.

Privacy policy

Floral Muzik will never use your information for any other purposes than fulfilling your order or to contact you about future sales and promotions. We will never sell your information to a third party, and will make every effort to ensure your information remains private. You may at any time contact us to remove any data we have based on orders you have made.
